A key component to CASA’s advocacy efforts is the relationship between elected officials and affiliate CASA programs across the state. Annually, Georgia CASA hosts CASA Day at the Capitol, which brings CASA volunteers, staff, board members and supporters to the Capital to meet and greet with legislators and state level officials. This event is held one day during the legislative session, which typically runs January through March.
