Our Commitment to Fair & Effective Advocacy
Children’s Voice CASA, Inc. is committed to strengthening advocacy for children and youth in foster care by ensuring our organization reflects the community we serve and remains responsive to the needs of all families. We believe that effective advocacy is strengthened when individuals from varied life experiences, professions, and backgrounds come together with a shared commitment to the well-being of children.
We welcome volunteers from across our community and seek individuals who are dedicated, compassionate, and prepared to advocate for children and families whose experiences may differ from their own. Our goal is to equip every volunteer with the knowledge, training, and support necessary to confidently serve children from a wide range of cultural, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
The need for committed volunteers remains critical. As we continue expanding advocacy services, we encourage participation from all sectors of the community, including individuals who bring multilingual skills and diverse professional and life experiences that strengthen communication and connection with families.
Children’s Voice CASA, Inc. is an equal opportunity organization. Our policies, practices, and recommendations are administered without discrimination and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. We remain committed to ensuring that every child, youth, family member, volunteer, and community partner is treated with dignity and fairness.
In particular, we recognize that some youth may experience heightened vulnerability due to social isolation, identity-related challenges, or limited access to stable adult support networks. Our advocacy approach ensures that all youth — including those facing identity-related vulnerabilities — receive consistent, respectful, and effective representation.
If any child, youth, family member, volunteer, or community partner believes they have experienced unfair treatment related to our services, we encourage them to contact us through our Contact Us page, so concerns can be addressed promptly and appropriately.
