We love hearing from you. This form can be used in a variety of ways - to ask general information questions, provide suggestions, offer comments, submit commendations for our amazing CASA volunteers/staff or make a complaint. We appreciate your comments or concerns and will respond to them as soon as possible.

Please note: CVCI ensures that persons, advocates, and all other parties may file complaints, comments/suggestions, commendations and requests for general information. No person is to be retaliated against or denied services for submitting an inquiry or complaint to CVCI.  All inquiries will be reviewed in accordance to policies and procedures.
